What is Urban Strength's 100-day free returns policy?
At Urban Strength we pride ourselves on providing the best quality products and most importantly ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If at any time you are not happy with the service or products you have received, please contact us directly for a fast and hassle free resolution. Our 100-day free return policy is our way to guarantee you are protected in all circumstances that fall outside of your control.
When can I return an item?
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, please advise us immediately to rectify the situation. In most cases we will send out a replacement item, unless the item is not in stock, in which case we may offer store credit or refund at our discretion.
If products have been used in accordance with their intended use and become damaged or faulty after use, we will work with you to organise a replacement or refund.
We will not provide refunds or replacements for products that display general wear and tear or that have been damaged through incorrect use.
In the case that goods are found to be faulty or damaged, we cover the cost of return delivery and the cost to send any replacement items to you.
Incorrect Goods Received:
If the wrong goods are received, please advise as soon as possible and we will work with you to ensure the correct items are dispatched to you as soon as possible. In the case that goods you receive are not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return delivery and the cost to send any replacement items to you.
Change of Mind:
If for some reason you change your mind on an item that you have purchased, simply advise us via email, return the item to our warehouse in original/ as new condition and we will issue you a store credit to the same value. In the case of having a change of mind, we request you cover the cost of return delivery.
How do I return an item?
- You have 100 days from receipt of purchase to return the item and request a refund, exchange, or store credit
- If you would like to return an item for any reason, you must first download and complete our Returns Authorisation form then forward it to email@example.com. If the item is damaged please provide accompanying photos to assist in the speedy authorisation of your return
- Once you receive a confirmation email from us authorising the return, package and send the item to our warehouse at the below address
- If Urban Strength is required to pay for the return shipping, we may request a specific carrier, alternatively you may be required to select an appropriate shipping method
- You must return the item in an unused, as new condition for any refund or exchange to be valid
- Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item, send out a replacement, or provide store credit
